GENERIC GAS CONTROLLER FEATURES

• Precise pressure control using State of the Art Gas Control Module

• Integral in-line gas filters

• Independent control of up to four GCM's on up to two moulding machines

• Full closed loop pressure control

• Start delay plus 5 control phases per cycle, each with ramp and hold time, giving a total of 11 timed control steps per cycle.

• Standard operating pressure 345 Bar (5000 psi)

• Full audible and visual alarm with safety interlock system.

• GCM control cables available in a range of lengths

• Maximum operating pressures of 620 Bar (9000 psi)

• On-board hydraulic valve actuactors

• Interface to Cinpres External Power Pack (HPP) or signal option pack for mould actuators (SF/MF units only)

• GCM Recovery module to reclaim N2 gas
